Order by April 22nd, and $5 per DVD will be donated to Baseema's Pan Mass Challenge fundraising campaign.

Terms of Sale - READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING!!!

• You are buying a burned, purple-bottom DVD+R, not a commercially-pressed DVD with a silver bottom.
• Burned DVDs play on most home DVD players and almost all computer DVD drives, but may not work on some DVD players, particularly older models. Before ordering, you must check your player's compatibility.
• Return Policy: it can be hard to tell if a disk doesn't play because it's defective, or if your DVD player just doesn't like it. So my return policy asks you to share the risk with me: if your disk doesn't play, I'll send you a second disk at my expense (in case the first one was defective) only if your player is listed as being DVD+R compatible. If the second disk doesn't play either, you can return both disks at your expense, and I'll refund the price of the disks but not the shipping costs. Returns will be accepted only for defective disks.
• I will be producing and shipping these DVDs in a single batch. I expect to ship them between April 22nd and May 1st. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery.
• "One-offs" of the DVD will be available after that time, but the price will go up after April 22nd, and donations will not be made.
• I ship USPS First Class, which is almost as fast as Priority Mail, and is much cheaper. I'm happy to use another method or ship internationally. Contact me for rates.

Have it your way

You can order your disk in attractive standard packing (similar to commercial DVDs) or plain budget packaging (hand-labeled with a solvent-free DVD-safe marker, in a paper sleeve instead of a DVD case).

Want to post your video online? Watch it on your iPod?

For an extra $5, I will reformat your performance and give it to you on a CD-R so you can upload it to the web or transfer it to your video iPod. This option is an add-on, and is only available with the purchase of the show DVD.

(Support for uploading your video, transferring it to your iPod, or watching it is not included.)

Legal Mumbo-Jumbo:

I own and retain the copyright to the show footage and DVD. HOwever, any dancer who buys a copy of the show DVD has my permission to use my footage of their own performance only for promotional purposes, as long as it is attributed to me at all times. Post it online, put it on a promotional DVD for prospective clients - go nuts!

HOwever, keep in mind that you may also need permission from the musicians, choreographer, your troupe members, and anyone else whose work is also included in your video clip. Consult a lawyer if you have any questions.
